NJ Water & Mold LLC was established in 2006 by Dennis and Ada Chinea. We have owned and built successful businesses for over 32 years. Since 2006, NJ Water and Mold has cleaned up and restored homes and businesses that had suffered water or sewage damage, mold contamination, and smoke and fire damage. We work with home owners and their insurance companies to make sure claims are settled properly and efficiently. We provide their customers with superior customer service during stressful times.

Established in 2006.

My wife and I have run successful businesses for over 32 years. We started NJ Water and Mold in 2006 and have been cleaning and drying water damaged homes and businesses now for over 12 years. It is a family owned and operated enterprise.

Business Owner

Dennis and Ada Chinea own and run NJWM. We started NJWM in 2006 because we wanted a service orientated business that we could run from our home while we raised our kids. We learned the trade and the industry from the bottom up. Dennis spent the 1st 2 years out in the field on the trucks doing the work as well as getting industry certified in all of the appropriate fields.
We now have a well trained staff that can handle any size job.
It is our pleasure to serve the community in times of need.
