Business Owner Working in Furniture Conservation and Restoration for 20 years. Started studies in conservation in Portugal in 1993 on a vocational school dedicated to restoration of works of art, and continued up to Masters in Art Conservation taken in Nova University of Lisbon, Portugal, in 2001. Worked in some Portuguese Museums and private collections, and now recently in a few projects with the Mettropolitan Museum of Art, N.Y., as Associate Conservator, working on gilt surfaces.
