History

Established in 2018.

Our journey began back in May 2010 when i rented my first apt which was infested by rats and roaches. I found myself fighting rats with very little pest control experience, by placing traps in various locations and exclude them out by figuring out how they got in the house to begin with.  It was a tough battle and it took me a few months to resolve the problem.  A couple years later i got the opportunity to work for a major company in the pests control industry, i took the opportunity and truly fall in love with the industry. After a few years of working for that company it was clear to me that i had to start my own business because as we all know big companies are focused on making money not customer experiences. I love what i do and i wanted the opportunity to help people but also create relationships with my clients and it was clear that i wouldn’t be able to do that working for that company. I left that company in 2017 and  quickly started Universal Pest Control right after.

I found myself fighting rats with very little pest control experience, by placing traps in various locations and exclude them out by sealing off the opening outside the house. It was a tough battle which took me a couple months to resolve. A couple years later i got the opportunity to work for a major company in the pest control industry. I took the offer and quickly fall in love with industry. After a few years of working for that company it was clear to me that i had to start my own business because as we all know big companies are focus on making money, not customer services. I love the work that was doing but i also wanted more time to interact with my clients. Once i knew what my mission was, i got all the necessary license and credentials to start my business. I left that company in 2017 and quickly started Universal Pest Control right after.
