Hello Yelpers! Sutton Clock Shop is a NYC grown Mom and Pop shop. We offer a Fantastic selection of Unique Clocks for sale as well as the same expert Clock and Barometer repairs that the city has come to trust over the past few decades.

Established in 1966.

My Dad, Kund Christensen and his business partner Kay Yeager, took in their first clock sometime in 1966 (a year before I was born) and The Sutton Clock Shop has been keeping New York City ticking ever since. For four decades the shop stood, birds eye, on the second floor loft at the corner on 61st Street and Lexington Ave (now just another cupcake shop). In 2013 we moved to our new location amidst a population (though now dwindling) of mom and pop shops in Yorkville at 218 East 82nd Street. Our dad retired in 2002 and as a family business my Brother James and I take much pride in our name and our reputation and strive to keep it sterling. And a testament to this is our longevity. Any New Yorker knows that New York City does not tolerate poor service and bad workmanship. Any shop that offers that does not last long here! So I reiterate we have been here for over 50 years (before Sutton Clocks they had a pawn shop, The Sutton Swap Shop on 55th and 3’d Avenue), and have every intention
