The formation of aPressure Washing Company

Im Zach Jacob and In the summer of 2005, I was working at a local car dealership detailing cars and trucks. During this time, I developed my “eye for detail”. Noticing the small, but important things that most people do not. At first this felt like a curse. I began seeing dirty cars everywhere. I even started noticing dirty houses and buildings! A couple of years later I decided that I wanted to take this curse and make it into something positive. I chose to take my skills to a higher level and expand my knowledge of cleaning. In 2008 my older brother and I created Psi Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning. During this time my family and I were living in Flagler County, Florida. Together my brother and I learned everything there was to know about pressure washing. We began reading books, scowling the internet for hours each day, and practicing on friends and family’s homes. We bought a truck, a pressure washing trailer, and went to work!

The Move From Floridato New Jersey!

The business took off and we began getting a ton of referrals, but I missed New Jersey. In March of 2011 I decided that I wanted to go back home to Hunterdon County, NJ with my wife. I brought the name Psi Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning with me. It was time to apply everything that I learned in those 3 years of pressure washing in Florida and combine it with my expertise in auto detailing.

The Building of AnAmazing, Experienced Team

I knew that I could not do this alone. I needed a team and I knew it wasn’t going to be easy picking my teammates. We needed to be the best! So, I came up with a very creative hiring process and created a thorough training program. I taught my team everything that I knew about pressure washing and began building trust in them. All these years later I’m still proud of my team for their hard work and commitment to the company’s values. I can say with confidence they are ready for any pressure washing project that comes our way.
