We charge $150 an hour with a two hour minimum. So any given task will cost $300. If we need to pay for parking it is considered a material cost and added to the invoice. We charge a nominal fee for materials that we like to use and carry with us like anchors and tape. After the first two hours we charge by the minute. So 2 hours and 23 minutes translates to 2.38 hours and costs $357.00. know.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. We have a two hour minimum so this will cost $200. That said the toilet leak will likely only take about 40 minutes including stopping off at a hardware store en route to pick up a new wax seal. The squeaky bathroom cabinet likely requires new hinges which I have here in my shop so I’ll bring those. The materials will come to $8 for the seal, and $6 per hinge. All that said these two tasks will only take me an hour or so to complete. Is there anything else around the apartment that we can do in the remaining hour?
