We charge $150 an hour with a two hour minimum. So any given task will cost $300. If we need to pay for parking it is considered a material cost and added to the invoice. We charge a nominal fee for materials that we like to use and carry with us like anchors and tape. After the first two hours we charge by the minute. So 2 hours and 23 minutes translates to 2.38 hours and costs $357.00.

During the 2008 crash we had to adapt as our clients projects slowed along with the rest of the world. We moved into shorter, simpler handyman gigs to keep the bills paid and discovered that this work is more satisfying and interesting. Yes, To do so we need a sample COI provided by your management and the legal name and address of the owner of the apartment. I mention that because the apartment may be owned by an LLC created by you. For example vacation-home LLC. The owners name and full address will be on the COI at least once but often multiple times.
