Jeff’s Handyman Service has been in the home improvement and repair business for over 40 years. We specialize in small to medium size jobs like assembling IKEA, Wayfair or Overstock furniture, fixture installations, lighting, fans or pretty much assembly and installation of just about anything including sports equipment, closet systems and Home Depot products. I also do medium size remodels including bath and kitchen renovations and remodels. If your contractor has left you in the middle of a job, we will finish it, fairly and efficiently. We provide cleanouts and haul-away and some light demolition. If you just need fixtures installed or repaired, I do that also. I can also provide consultation or second opinions, punch list repairs, COO violation repairs. I am a licensed real estate broker for over 30years, and have operated and managed all aspects of the real estate business from listing, sales and private financing of residential property to owning and managing residential and commercial real estate not only for myself but professionally managing rental and income property for many clients. Established in 1979.

We are a N.J. licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor and have been happily servicing customers in New Jersey since 2000. Prior to that, when I lived in California, I was also a Home Improvement Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years, where I owned and managed a Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Company. I also am currently a licensed N.J. Real Estate Broker, Dorn and Associates, LLC, and own and manage a property management company, PeffJam, LLC.
